The event involved projects by K-12 students, where they learned together the utilization of variables for data manipulation across Makey Makey and Scratch platforms, alongside fundamental electrical knowledge. Participants worked collaboratively to implement loops and conditional statements to optimize program flow, while also developing and employing tailored functions for specific tasks, thus enhancing code modularity and reusability. Moreover, they engaged in executing basic input/output operations to facilitate seamless interaction with various sensors and components in both hardware and software applications.
